Peter is a Senior Partner in Osborne Clarke’s litigation practice, and deals with large-scale commercial and contractual disputes, both in the UK and in overseas jurisdictions.
He is experienced in dealing with disputes in (amongst others) the energy, tech, media and comms sectors, and is described by the legal directories as ‘always very commercial and timely’ and a ‘great tactician’.
Peter has considerable experience of dealing with substantial High Court litigation and arbitration, and is also experienced in resolving disputes by other alternative means, such as mediation.
He joined Osborne Clarke in 1996 from Allen & Overy, became a partner in 1998 and was appointed as the firm's Senior Partner in 2022.
