Paul has a wealth of experience advising across the full spectrum of financial services regulatory matters, having previously advised investment banks, pension funds, market infrastructure providers, insurers, high street banks, intermediaries, and lenders. However, Paul’s particular specialism is in payments, e-money and fintech, where he has advised national and international businesses of all sizes on their growth and development.
Paul has worked with some of the largest fintech businesses in establishing a presence in the UK and around the world, and acted for a number of clients in interactions with regulators when seeking to start or grow new business areas. Paul is known for being able to guide clients through significant projects and integrations of new business as well as being able to provide concise, practical advice on new and developing areas of law.
