Patricia is Counsel of the Employment Department in the Madrid office.
She joined Osborne Clarke in February of 2012 from another major Spanish legal practice. She has more than thirteen years´ experience in labour law practice.
She advises companies regularly on employment matters in sectors such as Healthcare, Retail, and Technology.
She drafts and negotiates agreements in connection with both individual and collective employment matters, takes part in due diligence processes and participates in the subsequent restructuring programs involving changes to terms and conditions of employment (i.e. collective dismissal of workers). As a litigator, she has advised major clients on complex contentious and non-contentious employment litigation proceedings.
In 1997 Patricia graduated in law from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and specialised in EU law at Universidad CEU San Pablo in 1998. She is a member of the Madrid Bar Association and of ASNALA (Employment Law Association).
