Niamh Haughey

An Associate in our Pensions team, Niamh advises employers and trustees on all aspects of pensions law.

Niamh's expertise includes drafting and amending scheme documentation; advising on scheme governance, closures, mergers and wind-ups; and supporting on pensions aspects of corporate transactions.

Niamh joined Osborne Clarke in September 2021 and qualified as a solicitor in September 2023.

I have a keen interest in decarbonisation and am a member of Osborne Clarke’s sustainability network, OC Planet. I am particularly intrigued by the role of legislative intervention in the journey to net zero, and the issues and opportunities posed by decarbonisation in the Pensions sphere.
