Natalie Merkle advises national and international companies in the field of company law.
She focuses on the preparation and implementation of general assemblies of stock corporations and court proceedings in corporate law-related matters such as actions for annulment and rescission under the German Stock Corporation Act. Among her clients are, in particular, national and international medium-sized enterprises as well as listed companies in the open market.
In addition, Natalie also advises on corporate reorganisations in accordance with the German Transformation Act, in particular mergers and changes of legal form.
Natalie studied law in Munich and Ferrara, Italy. After the first state examination, she obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from the Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand. In her traineeship, she worked for several months in the prestigious US law firm Proskauer Rose LLP, New York.
She is a member of the Mobility & Infrastructure sector at Osborne Clarke and completed a secondment at a listed company in this sector. Natalie qualified as a lawyer in 2013.
