Mythri Reddy

Mythri is an Associate Director in our Corporate team. She is passionate about working with her clients on their business journeys, whether at start-up, growth and expansion, or succession planning or exit.

Mythri advises clients on a broad range of general corporate matters, including general corporate advisory work, and on a range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures. Much of her work is for clients in the technology, media and communications sector.

I'm passionate about working with my clients to support them by helping solve their legal and business challenges, whether big or small, and helping to prepare them for the future.

I am also an advocate for giving back and helping others, I am a member of OC's Charity Committee in London which works to raise funds for a wide range of charities.
