Michał heads the banking and finance practice in the Warsaw-based Osborne Clarke office.
He is a legal adviser with over 15 years of experience in legal services for investment financing transactions, in particular in the energy and real estate sectors.
Michał advises Polish and international entities on credit transactions, debt issuance, leasing transactions, M&A transactions, and real estate sales. He also has experience in regulatory advisory for financial institutions, and in innovation implementation projects in the financial sector (FinTech), including payment services projects.
Prior to joining Osborne Clarke, he headed the banking and finance practice at a leading international law firm. In the course of his professional career, he also worked as an in-house lawyer at a company owned by the largest energy group in Poland and worked with UK and US international law firms.
