Max represents national and international clients in complex litigation and arbitration proceedings with a special focus on civil and commercial disputes. 

He advises on a variety of civil law disputes including contractual matters and tort actions, where his work includes representation from pre-litigation to enforcement. 

Before Max joined Osborne Clarke’s Berlin office in the Disputes and Risk Practice Group in October 2024 he studied law in Passau and pursued his master’s degree in Aberdeen, Scotland. During his clerkship in Berlin, he worked for the German Federal Ministry of Finance, another major law firm, as well as the German Embassy in Washington, D.C.
