Mathilde Rousseau intervenes in insolvency law and business restructuring, both in counseling and litigation.
She regularly advises debtors, shareholders, buyers and creditors in various business sectors, in out-of-court prevention procedures and court-ordered reorganisation procedures. She also advises corporate managers facing liability actions.
Before joining Osborne Clarke, she practiced for more than four years with the French firm Veil Jourde.
Mathilde Rousseau was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2016 and holds a Master 2 degree in Private Law and a Master 2 degree in Insolvency Law from the University of Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne, as well as a degree from the Magisterium of business law from the University of Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne.
Mathilde is also member of the Association des Jeunes Professionnels du Restructuring (French society for young professionals active in the restructuring field).
