Mark Wesker

Mark is a Partner in Osborne Clarke's Corporate team. He has over 20 years of experience of advising on a broad range of transactions including business strategy, public and private mergers and acquisitions (M&A), IPOs, fundraisings, joint ventures, restructurings and corporate governance.
Mark has broad experience working across a number of industry sectors but has particular experience and focus in the Financial Services, TMT / Tech, Media and Comms and FinTech sectors. He was previously Osborne Clarke's International Financial Services Sector Leader.
The matters Mark leads are frequently complex, strategically important and/or international and often involve very large teams of lawyers across Osborne Clarke both in the UK and internationally.
Mark is the Practice Group Head for Osborne Clarke's UK Business Transactions Group and is a member of the firm's Executive Board.
