Marie-Louise is partner in the corporate team who specializes in corporate M&A transactions, investment rounds, joint ventures and corporate advice. She regularly assists investors and investment funds, international corporations as well as founders on corporate M&A with a specific focus on the Energy & Utilities, Life Science & Healthcare and The Built Environment sectors.

She works for a wide range of clients advising on both domestic and cross-border M&A and joint ventures, general corporate matters and corporate governance.

Prior to joining Osborne Clarke in March 2018, Marie-Louise worked at international law firm Loyens & Loeff for more than 6 years. She successfully completed the post-graduate course Mergers and Acquisitions at the Grotius Academy in 2017.
