Louise Oliver

Louise is an Associate Director in Osborne Clarke's London real estate department. She advises on a variety of commercial real estate transactions, with a particular focus on real estate finance.

Louise acts for a variety of lenders, including the main clearing banks, various debt funds, and alternative lenders. She also spent 6 months on secondment at Clydesdale Bank at a previous firm. She joined Osborne Clarke in June 2016 from the real estate finance department at another leading international firm.

She is experienced in dealing with a broad spectrum of asset classes, including residential developments (both build to rent and build to sell), hotels, industrial parks, offices, and student accommodation. She also has experience in acting for insolvency practitioners in respect of the disposal of distressed assets.
