Larissa Moessmer advises national and international companies on all aspects of intellectual property, competition and health regulatory law.
She specialises in the extrajudicial and judicial enforcement and defence of claims under competition law, trademark law and design law.
Another focus of her legal practice lies in the life sciences and healthcare sector. She has special expertise in the field of health regulatory law and health advertising law as well as in all questions related to digital health, telemedicine and cannabis.
Larissa is co-head of Osborne Clarke Germany's Lifestyle Products focus group, which covers topics relating to food law, cosmetics law and cannabis law (CBD, medical and recreational cannabis).
Her clients include national and international companies from the life sciences, telecommunications and media sectors.
Larissa studied law at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich and the University of California, Berkeley. During her legal studies she worked for an international law firm in Munich and New York City. She completed her legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Munich and spent one seat of her traineeship at a law firm in Tel Aviv. Along with her legal traineeship, she worked for the IP team of a leading international law firm and also qualified as a business mediator.
She is a member of the German-American Lawyers Association (DAJV e.V.) and Lawyers without Borders (LwB) e.V.
Larissa joined Osborne Clarke as an attorney in 2019.
