Kim is a lawyer within The Built Environment sector at our Amsterdam office.
Kim specializes in the various aspects of real estate. In particular, she advises international and national clients on the purchase and sale of real estate (including sale and leaseback projects), project developments and the leasing of residential and commercial property (from advice to litigation). Kim works in a pragmatic and client-oriented way.
She studied Dutch law at the Utrecht University, and completed part of her education at Monash University in Melbourne, focusing on construction and private international law. In 2020, Kim completed the post-doctoral Grotius Immovable Property program of study cum laude.
Before joining Osborne Clarke in 2018, Kim worked as an associate lawyer at Loyens & Loeff in the real estate practice.
Kim is a member of the Young Real Estate Lawyers Association and FRESH Professionals.
