Kath Sadler-Smith

Kath is an experienced Knowledge Lawyer Director delivering Knowledge to both clients and Osborne Clarke Lawyers in the UK and internationally. Kath's key focus is on developing Knowledge products to assist clients in addressing new workplace developments and planning for new ways of working and the risks and adaptions this gives rise to.
Kath has particular expertise in supporting clients preparing for the future of work including introducing hybrid working arrangements, managing and supporting employee wellbeing, and mental health and performance management of remote workers. Kath works closely with her international colleagues to provide a global perspective on key issues for our clients.
I have a particular interest in neurodiversity and supporting clients seeking to attract, support and retain neurodiverse talent. I also enjoy working with clients to upskill their teams on different ways of understanding and resolving workplace conflict. I work closely with clients to deliver training that reflects their culture and values and support this with practical products that clients can use from day-to-day to address risk areas in their internal processes.
Produces a regular UK and International Coffee Break highlighting the latest issues and developments impacting employers complimented by an International Knowledge Platform accessible to clients. Provides both in person and packaged, virtual training tailored to clients specific needs. Read more.
