Katarzyna is a real estate lawyer in Osborne Clarke’s Warsaw office. She advises on all aspects of real estate law and assists clients in the field of corporate restructuring.

Katarzyna advises Polish and foreign investors, including funds and private investors, on acquisitions and disposals of properties, among others in due diligence and asset management. She has experience in real estate projects from industrial parks, offices, and student accommodation sectors. She participates in projects related to restructuring of capital groups operating on the real estate market and establishing corporate structures for real estate investments. She also has extensive experience in advising on M&A transactions.
