Having joined Osborne Clarke in 2019. Justine is specialised in economic law.
Justine advises clients on a wide range of commercial, distribution, consumer and life sciences regulatory issues.
Justine was in secondment to an international client, providing day-to-day assistance with commercial contract negotiations, consumer law and regulatory issues.
She regularly assists French and foreign entities in commercial and contractual work with the negotiation and drafting of their commercial. Justine has also developed a regulatory expertise in the life sciences sector.
She provides support at prelitigation stage on issues such as sudden termination of established commercial relationships and contractual breaches. She has also assisted various clients in conducting internal investigations.
She holds a Master’s degree in Common law (University Paris XII) and an Advanced Master (MS) in International Business Law and Management from ESSEC Business School.
