Jürgen Ehrlichmann

Jürgen Ehrlichmann, partner in Osborne Clarke's Disputes & Risk team, uses his many years of experience to advise food retailers, support retail companies in the introduction of sustainable business practices (keyword: circular economy) and to advise them on the optimisation of their store networks with his real estate law expertise.

The retail sector is changing: for almost a quarter of a century, Jürgen has been supporting retail companies with the challenges that arise and, if necessary, representing them in court and arbitration proceedings with his expertise in commercial and corporate law.

Jürgen also keeps an eye on the consolidation of the retail sector and the constantly changing regulatory framework for his clients; by advising on centralised payment regulation within association groups, he provides retail companies with customised regulatory agreements.

Another major topic, especially for the retail sector: sustainability! New legislation in the area of ESG imposes new obligations on many retailers – Jürgen supports food retailers in introducing reusable systems and optimising single-use systems.
