Jan Schinke advises national and international companies on capital markets law and financial regulatory law.

Jan’s advise focuses on alternative financing of companies, including the structuring of alternative investment funds, but also blockchain-based projects such as NFTs, cryptocurrencies, ICOs, STOs etc. 

Jan assists clients in the regulatory implementation of their business ideas and also supports them in the BaFin procedures (e.g. registration/licensing procedures, written motions, approval procedures, and ongoing supervision).

Jan studied law at the University of Cologne with a focus on banking and capital markets law. He completed his legal traineeship with stations in Mönchengladbach, Düsseldorf, Cologne and Wellington, and worked at NRW.BANK in Düsseldorf, amongst others.
