Jacqueline Öztürk advises clients on commercial and distribution law as well as on the related competition law.
She specializes in drafting, negotiating and processing of commercial contracts and represents her clients in disputes in and out of court.
As a lecturer at the Nürtingen / Geislingen University of Applied Sciences, which is renowned for the next generation of automotive professionals, she teaches commercial law in relation to automotive sales and competition law.
During her legal studies, she specialised in media, economic and intellectual property law. In addition to that she completed a combined bachelors degree of law and business (LL.B.), to gain further economic insights.
Prior to joining Osborne Clarke in 2022, Jacqueline worked as a research assistant and legal trainee in the fields of antitrust, technology and litigation at three leading international law firms in Berlin and Brussels, among others.
