Iman is an Associate in the Financial Institutions Group and specialises in financial regulation with a focus on payments.
She advises on financial services regulatory matters for a range of clients including banks, payment and electronic money institutions, and other financial services clients. Iman has a particular interest in assisting clients navigate the regulatory perimeter when launching new financial products. Recent work includes assisting clients with FCA applications to become authorised payment institutions and electronic money institutions and coordinating a multijurisdictional payments regulation survey across numerous European jurisdictions.
