Holly is an associate in the Commercial Disputes team. She acts for clients on all forms of dispute resolution and litigation, including contractual and tortious claims.
Holly advises clients across a range of sectors, including financial services, energy and utilities, and tech, media and comms.
Holly was seconded to the legal department of the Financial Services Compensation Scheme for nine months in 2023/2024 where she gained invaluable experience working alongside insolvency practitioners and engaging with regulators and government bodies whilst completing contentious financial services work.
Holly graduated from the University of Durham with a BA in Philosophy, before completing the Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School. She trained at Osborne Clarke and qualified in September 2022.

BB Energy v Al Amoudi
Acted for the claimant in a US$100m+ Commercial Court claim arising out of losses suffered by an oil trading company under oil trading contracts entered into with a Moroccan oil refinery known as SAMIR in 2015. The claim, which was resolved in 2022, was brought in England against several directors of the insolvent oil refinery, and the UBO, following a complex and hard fought jurisdiction challenge at the outset.
