Helen Willi advises national and international companies on all questions regarding German and European data protection law.
After studying law in Frankfurt and Heidelberg, she worked for the legal department of an international IT company mostly on data protection and customer law compliance. During her subsequent legal training (“Referendariat”) she inter alia worked for another international law firm focusing on data privacy and outsourcing.
She supports clients in investigating complex technical cases and advises them on their data protection implications - in the area of compliance, in administrative and court proceedings or in international projects. She also regularly advises on data protection law in transactions. She specialises in the retail and e-commerce sector.
