Harry is an Associate in Osborne Clarke's tax disputes team. He represents both businesses and private clients on a range of direct and indirect tax disputes. 

Harry's work encompasses all forms of contentious tax issues, including litigation; settlement strategy and alternative dispute resolution; HMRC enquiries, compliance checks, voluntary disclosure and penalty risk. He also regularly advises businesses on risks under the Criminal Finances Act. 

Harry has particular experience in advising clients in group litigation actions involving test cases.  

Harry represents clients across a range of sectors including technology, transport, internet platforms, retail, professional services, manufacturing, and temporary workforce. Many of Harry's matters involve complex international and cross-border tax issues.

Harry has a background in managing commercial and private wealth disputes in the civil courts, meaning that he can represent clients in both Tribunal proceedings and civil disputes. This includes pursuing and defending professional negligence claims involving tax and legal services. 

As well as business clients, Harry has acted for High-Net-Worth individuals, trustees, charities and agricultural clients on disputes involving tax and compliance issues. He has also represented clients in disputes involving high-value artwork.
