Hannah Farbon

Hannah is an Associate in our Commercial Disputes team. She has experience advising clients on a range of corporate and partnership/ LLP disputes, including breaches of SPAs and earn-out disputes, as well as commercial disputes including contractual claims and sanctions queries.

Hannah has acted for clients across a number of our core sectors including tech, media & comms and life scienes & healthcare, both in the context of UK and cross-border disputes.

Hannah graduated from the University of Southampton with a Bachelor of Laws degree before studying at BPP Law School, completing her Legal Practice Course and Master of Laws in Commercial Legal Practice. Having joined Osborne Clarke as a trainee in September 2022, Hannah qualified as a solicitor in September 2024.

I have a particular interest in the evolving ESG landscape and the challenges that it brings for companies and directors in navigating green claims and climate-related litigation.

I am also passionate about supporting our local charities in the Thames Valley area and have been an active member of our charity committee since 2022, including in my role as co-chair from September 2023 – September 2024.
