Francesco's practice focuses on litigation and national and international arbitration.
He has advised on specific issues relating to financial mis-selling cases and to the collapse of leading credit institutions and the liability of auditors. He has also advised on disputes relating to M&A transactions and in general on corporate law issues (liability actions against directors, auditors and statutory auditors; actions for the setting aside of shareholder and board resolutions), as well as on various litigation proceedings in the ambit of bankruptcy proceedings. He has accrued experience in domestic and international arbitration proceedings mainly before the ICC.
Francesco graduated with honours in 2017 from the University of Ferrara and qualified in 2020. In March 2023 he completed a research doctorate in civil law at the University of Pavia, with a thesis focused on the liability of the financial intermediary.
