Federica mainly advises on Italian and EU competition law, as well as on consumer law issues.
She provides assistance and advice relating to cartels, abuse of dominance and other restrictive practices, merger control proceedings, as well as in appeal proceedings before the administrative courts and in civil cases concerning violations of antitrust law.
She has also gained experience in the field of unfair commercial practices, as well as in the design and implementation of compliance programmes and trainings.
Federica graduated with honours from the Roma Tre University in 2017. In 2019 she obtained a Master in Competition and Innovation Law from the L.U.I.S.S. Guido Carli University of Rome and joined Osborne Clarke's Competition & Antitrust team in September of the same year.
She qualified in 2021.

Successfully advised in the investigation proceedings before the Italian Antitrust Authority in relation to the project, submitted by the Bancomat S.p.A., to modify the remuneration model for ATM withdrawals with Bancomat circuit cards.
