Dr. Tobias Crone, LL.M.

Tobias Crone advises national and international clients from various industries in civil and commercial disputes.

He specialises in advising and representing clients in pre-litigation disputes and the resulting legal disputes before the state courts.

He joined the Disputes and Risk practice group in Osborne Clarke's Hamburg office in January 2025.

Tobias Crone studied law at the Albert-Ludwigs-University of Freiburg. After passing his first bar examination, he wrote his doctoral thesis there and also worked as a research assistant at the Chair of International Law and Comparative Law. Following an LL.M. program at Trinity College Dublin, he completed his legal training with a clerkship at the Regional Court of Stuttgart.
