Robin Mühlenbeck advises national and international companies on matters of German and European data protection and IT law.
Robin studied law at the University of Cologne. After his first state exam, he worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Applies Sciences in Cologne. He completed his doctorate on a topic related to data protection law at the Johannes Gutenberg-University of Mainz. His legal traineeship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Cologne included stages at the Central Cybercrime Contact Point (ZAC NRW), the coordination office for Cyber- and Information security at the Ministry of the Interior NRW and at Osborne Clarke.
Robin is also (co-)author of various scientific publications, including a commentary on the GDPR, the Federal Data Protection Act and a guideline to the AI-Act.
