David Goldsmith

David is an Associate Director in our Pensions team. He provides practical legal advice to trustees, employers, and other professionals in the public and private sectors.

David works with his clients on all areas of pension law and practice in relation to a wide variety of pension schemes, including advisory and contentious matters. He has particular experience in relation to public service pension schemes and recent legislative changes.

He has experience in scheme documentation, consolidation, general advisory work, rectification, and advising on pensions disputes, including in relation to equalities.

David also provides advice to trustees in relation to scheme wind-ups and the Pension Protection Fund.
