Chris is an Associate in Osborne Clarke's Commercial Disputes team, acting for clients across the firm's sectors with a particular focus on complex commercial disputes.
Chris has experience advising clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial disputes, including contractual disputes with a complex international element. As part of his media and information law practice, Chris advises on data protection disputes and data breaches (including managing regulatory investigations), claims in defamation and technology disputes.
Chris joined Osborne Clarke as a trainee in September 2020 and qualified as a solicitor in September 2022. During his training contract, he spent six months on secondment as in-house Commercial Counsel at Ascential plc, a specialist information, data and analytics company.
