Chris is a Partner in the Financial Institutions Group and advises on regulatory and commercial matters across the financial services sector.
Chris's practice covers a broad range of financial services clients including FinTechs, asset managers, custodians, banks, investment platforms, payment providers and consumer finance firms.
He advises on a range of regulatory matters including compliance with FCA and PRA rules, relationships with the regulators, perimeter issues, managing regulatory change, applications to the FCA or PRA, the client asset regime, new product offerings, corporate governance, material outsourcing and specialist transactional support.
Prior to joining Osborne Clarke in 2019, Chris was Senior Counsel in the financial regulatory team at Taylor Wessing.
