Carla O'Neill

As a Senior Associate who qualified in March 2018, Carla helps employers navigate their way through employment related matters.

As a member of the Employment team in our TVO office, Carla works regularly with tech clients.

She advises on a mixture of contentious and non-contentious matters, including negotiating settlement agreements, disciplinary and grievance issues, TUPE, reviewing service agreements and contributing to corporate due diligence.

Carla has undertaken two client secondments since her qualification, and has transferred what she learnt during those secondments to her day-to-day practice.
