As an Associate in Osborne Clarke's Commercial Disputes team, Capucine acts for clients across the firm's sectors including Financial Services, Energy and Utilities, Retail and Consumer, and Tech, Media and Comms.
She has experience advising clients in a broad range of commercial disputes including sanctions queries, contractual claims, shareholder disputes, business crime and debt claims.
Having joined Osborne Clarke as a trainee in September 2019,Capucine qualified as a solicitor in September 2021. During her training contract, she undertook a secondment at the real estate investment firm, PGIM.
As the founder of the Junior Women in Law network, I am involved in helping young lawyers develop their networking skills and expand their reach within the legal industry.
