Çağla Demir-Köse advises national and international companies on all aspects of commercial law and distribution law as well as on related competition law issues.

She specializes in the drafting of commercial contracts and represents clients in disputes in and out of court. 

Before joining Osborne Clarke in 2024, Çağla worked as a trainee lawyer and research assistant. She gained professional experience at German law firms specializing in commercial and distribution law as well as intellectual property.

Çağla studied law at the Universties of Cologne and Lyon, focusing on european and international law. She was admitted to the bar in 2024.
