Benjamin Bardutzky is an expert in restructuring and insolvency law. He advises insolvency administrators, directors, shareholders, investors, and creditors in crisis situations and during restructurings.
He specialises in the enforcement and defence (both in court and out of court) of insolvency-specific claims in national and international insolvency proceedings.
Another focus of his work is the enforcement of segregation and preferential rights in insolvency proceedings, as well as advising on the enforceability of securities in insolvency proceedings.
Benjamin studied law and economics (Bachelor of Science) at Ludwig Maximilian University.
From 2018 to 2023, Benjamin worked in the insolvency law team of an international major law firm before joining the insolvency-specific advisory team of a Big Four accounting firm for one year in 2024. Since 2025, Benjamin has been with Osborne Clarke.
