Ben is an Partner in the Commercial team in London, specialising in digital media and technology law.
He advises clients, primarily in the Technology, Media and Communications sector, on a range of legal issues relating to:
- advertising and consumer law compliance;
- digital and platform regulation; and
- data protection and e-privacy.
Ben has extensive experience in helping clients – including major social media players, adtech intermediaries and e-commerce platforms – to identify legal issues as they launch, develop and promote digital products and functionalities internationally. He also assists clients in traditionally non-digital industries as they increase their online presence and undergo their own Digitalisation.
Ben has undertaken secondments to media clients such as News UK and Facebook, as well as to Osborne Clarke's own Silicon Valley Office.
Ben has been recommended by the Legal 500 for Media and Entertainment work. He trained with Osborne Clarke, qualifying in 2014.
