Becky Crawford

Becky is an Associate Director in our disputes team, with expertise across a variety of complex commercial, IP and IT disputes.  

Becky's commercial litigation experience includes high-value disputes arising from corporate transactions, fraud, negligence and complex contractual disputes.  She represents clients across a number of sectors, including real estate and infrastructure, food and drink, transport and telecommunications. 

Becky also advises clients on a variety of intellectual property matters, including software licensing disputes, trade secrets claims, trade mark infringement, passing off, copyright, design infringement and domain name disputes. She manages global trade mark portfolios and performs clearance searches to advise clients of the key risks in pursuing a new brand in different territories.  

Becky has gained a reputation for her expertise in trade secret protection and was recently recognised as a Global Trailblazer in the World Intellectual Property Review's Most Influential Women in IP 2020.  

Becky has also been recognised as a "Rising Star" in both commercial litigation and IP in the Legal 500.
