Helping you succeed in tomorrow's world

My experience covers every stage of the life cycle of contentious competition matters, from investigation by competition authorities, to judicial review and private damages litigation. I have a deep understanding of the strategic issues that need to considered at each stage. I have acted for claimants and defendants, and spent time working at the CMA and European Commission, giving me insight into the thinking of all the stakeholders in contentious competition matters.
