Anna von Bremen is Head of Energy Innovation at Osborne Clarke. She advises companies in the energy industry on regulatory and energy law issues and aspects of digitalisation in the energy sector. She also conducts complex regulatory litigation. Her clients include energy producers, energy trading houses, industrial offtakers and utilities. 

Anna advises her clients on issues of network access, unbundling, energy trading and energy supply. In the area of digitalisation of the energy industry, Anna is one of the few experts in the field of smart metering. Anna also conducts complex regulatory and litigation proceedings before state courts and arbitration tribunals. In addition, she accompanies transactions, especially in the venture capital sector, with an energy law-regulatory connection.

Anna was admitted to the bar in 2012. After working at a Berlin law firm for 11 years, most recently as a partner, she joined Osborne Clarke in August 2023. 

Anna regularly comments on current energy policy developments in the German daily press. In 2023, she was included in the renowned JUVE list of "40 under 40", which includes 40 leading lawyers from all sectors. She is also listed as one of five "rising stars in energy law".
