Anna advises international and domestic clients on all aspects of individual and collective employment law. In particular, she advises on employment contracts, termination of employment, works council matters, policies, transactions as well as all day-to-day employment law matters. Anna further provides guidance on the use of artificial intelligence, employee data protection, and global mobility. She represents clients in and out of court in ongoing employment law matters, including litigation and negotiations with employees and works councils.
Anna is an associate in Osborne Clarke's Berlin office. She studied law at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich and the University of Warsaw. Anna completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main. She gained practical experience in labour law in the labour and social law department of a renowned automobile manufacturer, at the German-American Chamber of Commerce in New York City and the Association of Metal and Electrical Companies in Hesse e.V. Prior to joining Osborne Clarke in 2024, she worked as a labour law lawyer for an international law firm in Frankfurt am Main and obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
