Andy Levett

As an Associate Director in our Commercial Disputes team, Andy specialises in the resolution of complex, cross-border and high-value commercial disputes. 

He has tried cases before multiple divisions in the High Court, the Court of Appeal and tribunals under many of the major arbitral rules (including LCIA and ICC).

Andy practices across a range of industry sectors, including energy, life sciences, transportation and space, IT, financial services and banking. In particular, he has a deep understanding of the types of issues that arise in disputes relating to IT outsourcing, digital transformation and solar energy.    

His experience also includes disputes involving specialist areas of law, including professional negligence, restructuring and competition. Within the UK competition litigation practice, Andy works closely with our excellent competition law specialists in the UK and market leading international competition litigation team.

Much of Andy's work has an international flavour, with a particular focus on clients in and matters relating to Europe, North America, the Middle East and Asia.
