Having started her journey as a Projects lawyer in 2012, Amy joined Osborne Clarke in 2015 and has continued to develop her focus in all things PFI/PPP and Infrastructure.
Amy works across all aspects of social infrastructure including health, bluelight, waste, water, defence and transport but she has expertise in student accommodation transactions and projects in an education context.
She has experience across the whole life of a project, from conception and structuring of a deal through procurement to advising on operational matters. Amy has employed her knowledge and expertise of PPP/PFI and other social infrastructure projects to assist a broach range of clients including public sector bodies, investors, funders, operators and sub-contractors in this market.
As a Projects lawyer, Amy's role is not only to provide excellent technical advice to her clients but to understand the broader commercial context of a project and coordinate with the wider team to deliver on a client's goals.
Helping you succeed in tomorrow's world
I recently was named as a Rising Star for Diversity in Law.com's Women, Influence and Power in Law Awards 'Class of 2021' for my work with Osborne Clarke's race and ethnicity network, OC REACH. I'm currently the Bristol Regional Chair for the network and am working to champion diversity and inclusion across the firm.
I see diversity and inclusion as a real opportunity for success – what will we be able to achieve when everyone can develop and grow to their full potential? It's an exciting prospect.
