Amelia Hodder

Amelia is an Associate in our Commercial Disputes team. She has experience of a variety of forms of dispute resolution and litigation, and has assisted a broad spectrum of clients, ranging from commercial parties to individuals.

Amelia advises our clients across a diverse range of sectors and on a range of issues, including insurance, aviation, asset recovery, shareholder and other corporate disputes, and contractual claims. She has a particular interest in the retail sector and aviation industry.

Amelia completed her training contract with Osborne Clarke.

During her training contract, Amelia undertook a secondment at TikTok where she supported the European Commercial Legal Team with a variety of core strategic matters and regularly advised the business on a wide variety of legal issues, including data protection, intellectual property and compliance of marketing assets.

I am proud to be an active member of Osborne Clarke's Charity Committee, assisting with a number of our charitable initiatives and fundraising events. I am also passionate about social mobility and supporting the next generation of lawyers – mentoring a number of aspiring Trainee Solicitors has been particularly rewarding.
