Alice is a Partner in The Built Environment team, and has experience of a broad range of matters from the acquisition, funding, development, management and disposal of commercial property through to corporate and joint venture acquisitions and disposals.
Alice works within the commercial real estate sector and with an extensive variety of property types, including Living (BTR/residential/PBSA), retail, industrial and logistics, mixed-use urban developments, and office accommodation.
Alice acts for both investors and developers, although an increasing amount of her investor-led work involves development activity given the changing focus and risk appetite of those clients.
