Alessandro specialises in European substantive and regulatory banking law.
He advises national and international clients mainly in real estate finance, acquisition finance and leveraged finance transactions.
He also advises on regulatory matters, with a focus on European legislation under ESMA's remit, and on the enforcement procedures before the European Supervisory Authorities (ESAs).
In addition to having worked with leading international firms, he was an official at the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) for several years.
