Agata Demuth

Agata heads the Real Estate practice in the Warsaw office and focuses on transactional real estate. She is a business-oriented and goal-focused attorney in law with over 25 years of professional experience.

Agata specialises in real estate transaction on the CEE market. She focuses on structuring and negotiating real estate transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, sale-and-lease-back and buy-and-lease projects, mergers and acquisitions of real estate companies, restructurings and joint ventures. In addition, she advises on real estate financing and refinancing, development, commercialisation and management issues. 

Agata assists domestic and international market players, including investment funds, investors and developers, banks and financial institutions, operators and asset managers, landlords and tenants operating in all real estate market sectors, including in particular office, retail, residential, logistics and hospitality.
