Adriana Wolf

Adriana Wolf is a lawyer in the banking and capital markets practice group and advises clients on banking, payment and capital markets law.

She focuses on advising banks, financial institutions, payment service providers and FinTechs, in particular in the area of payment transactions and banking as well as payment supervisory law.

Adriana assists clients, inter alia, with the digitalisation of payment, financial service and banking products and is a member of Osborne Clarke’s Financial Services Sector. 

Another focus of her work is advising expanding international clients on the applicable regulatory framework.

In addition, she also has experience in advising lenders and borrowers in relation to loan facilities, project finance, acquisition finance and venture debt.
