Exo Lab Italia, startup biotech nata nel 2020 e specializzata nella ricerca e sviluppo di prodotti basati su esosomi vegetali, ha chiuso un round di investimento da 5 milioni di euro.

L’investimento è guidato da Dsm Venturing e da CDP Venture Capital SGR, per il tramite del Fondo Acceleratori e del Fondo Italia Venture II – Fondo Imprese Sud, in co-investimento con il Fondo Linfa, gestito da Riello Investimenti SGR, e con il Fondo Maia, gestito da Praesidium.

Il nostro partner Giuliano Lanzavecchia, coadiuvato dalla junior associate Martina Serbelloni, ha assistito dsm-firmenich Ventures in tutti gli aspetti relativi all’operazione.
