Warning - scam latter alert

Published on 20th Feb 2015

If you have received a letter from ‘Ethel Associates LLP’ letter-headed with our Bristol office address*, please do not act on it.

We have seen a copy of the fictional letter which relates to a cash prize and the need to pay ‘Ethel Associates LLP’ £500 and fill in a power of attorney form before you would receive a prize.

This is a scam and should be avoided.

You should:
• destroy the letter immediately; and
• avoid visiting the web/email addresses it contains as these appear to be malware sites/addresses**

If in doubt, please contact us at enquiries@osborneclarke.com
